Before contacting support

• Check that the extension is enabled in chrome://extensions.
• Open the ReplyChime popup and try Preview sound.
• Check the selected sound, volume, and Automatic alerts switch.
• Ensure Chrome and your operating system are not muted.
• On a supported ChatGPT tab, wait for a reply to finish before assessing automatic notification behavior.

What to include in a report

State your Chrome version, ReplyChime version, operating system, and whether the problem involves reply detection, playback, or interface language. Avoid sending confidential conversation text, passwords, tokens or API keys.
